FOREX TRENDY USER REVIEW FOR BEGINERS

If you expect to make yourself a fortune trading from home then one thing you need to get right is your money management.

How you manage your money will determine if you’re going to be a profitable trader.

And perhaps the number one mistake beginners make is they focus on short term results rather than long term gains.

Whether it’s caused by greed or a lack of education, too many traders face the possibility of wiping out their trading accounts if only a handful of trades go against them... because they risk too much money on each individual trade.

You need to avoid that and have a solid money management plan in place that sets you up for future success, right from day one.

That’s why superstar Forex trader and coach, Cone Bay, dedicated an entire module to the topic of Money Management as one of the bonuses you get when you sign up for his incredible new trading software, Trend detector

Right now you can get access to the $997 software for just a FRACTION of the original price...

The money you use to trade with is known as your risk capital.

When you manage your money correctly, you should never find yourself in a situation where your risk capital is wiped out quickly, in just a few trades.

Ideally, you should only risk 1-2% of your account on any single trade.

Then, as an extra layer of security, you should also take full advantage of a specially designed risk reduction strategy.

What do I mean by that?

Well, the best risk reduction strategies only allow you trade where you stand to make between 2 and 20 times the amount of money you are risking.

Let’s look at an example:

Let’s say you have $5,000 risk capital.

And let’s say you are limiting your risk for each trade to just 2%... so you are risking just $100 on your trade.

So far so good.

As long as you use a stop-loss, the most you can lose on this trade is just $100.

Now let’s look at what happens when you use different risk:reward strategies…

You could make 20 times what you risk with this system right here...

Now we will do some math:

Let’s say you decide to only enter trades with a minimum 1:5 risk to reward ratio.

Said plainly: Every time you risk $100, you stand to make $500.

That means, even if you only win 2 out of 10 trades, you would still be in profit by $200.00!

(2 x $500) - (8 x $100) = +$200

That example shows how you can remain profitable even if you lose 80% of your trades… if you use a proven risk reduction strategy.

Now, think about this…

Cone Bay Trend Detector system has a win ratio that floats between 69% - 91% for the people using it.

That means his system could win between 7 and 9 trades out of every 10 trades!

Using the same example above, risking $100 at a 1:5 ratio… let’s work out how much money you could make if you win just 5 out of 10 trades… which is far less than Cone's system delivers:

(5 x $500) - (5 x $100) = +$2,000.00

You would walk away with a cool $2,000.00 in pure profit if you only win half your trades!

On top of that,Cone's system could deliver trades with a risk:reward ratio of up to 1:20...

(This doesn't always happen but thanks to the automated trailing stop-loss strategies built into the system, it happens more than you might think.)
