Fitness Guy Lesson 4: Plan Your First Practice Session

Use the first three Fitness Guy lessons to plan one manageable home practice session. Pick a movement you can do comfortably, decide where you’ll rest, and leave yourself one note for next time.

1. Choose what to practice

Review the setup before starting. You can choose just one movement. If you practice several, leave time to recover before moving on.

2. Get the space ready

Clear enough floor space to move comfortably and make room to set any equipment down securely. For wall press-ups, choose a solid wall and a floor where your feet won’t slip.

3. Write one useful note

Record the date, the movement, what you actually did, and one thing you want to review. Example: “Wall press-ups. Took a break between efforts. Next time I’ll review hand placement.” Use that note to plan your next session.
